HOW DO I REGISTER?
You can register by clicking on the “LOGIN/REGISTER” link at the homepage. Please provide the information in the form that appears. You can review the terms and conditions, provide your payment mode details and submit the registration information.

DO I HAVE TO NECESSARILY REGISTER ON ritebazaar TO START SHOPPING?
Yes, only registered shoppers will be able to view, shop, checkout and place orders.

CAN I HAVE MULTIPLE REGISTRATIONS?
Each email address and contact phones number can only be associated with only one account.

WHAT IS MY ACCOUNT?
My Account is the section you reach after you log in at ritebazaar. My Account allows you to track your active orders, as well as see your order history and update your contact details.

IS THERE ANY EXTRA DELIVERY CHARGES?
Delivery charge of Rs. 10 will be added on all orders below Rs. 1000. There will be no delivery charge on order over Rs. 1000.

WHAT ARE THE MODES OF PAYMENT?
You can pay for your order on ritebazaar using the following modes of payment: a. Cash on delivery b. Credit and debit cards (VISA / MasterCard) c. Pay Money Wallet

CAN I PLACE MY ORDER OVER PHONE?
Yes, you can call our customer support desk & place your order.

HOW WILL I ASK FOR REFUND/REPLACEMENT FOR ANY WRONG DELIVERED PRODUCTS?

WHAT IS MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?
Minimum order amount should be Rs.500/- to place an order.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY SLOTS?
There are four delivery slots to choose from. Delivery slots are as follows: 1. 7am-9am 2. 9am-12pm 3. 1pm-5pm 4. 7pm-7pm 5. 7pm-9pm

HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK IN CASE I RETURN WRONG DELIVERED PRODUCTS?
If the payment has been made online then the money will be credited to your account & if it is a Cash on Delivery order then money will be refunded by cash.

WHAT WILL I DO IN CASE AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE DELIVERED PRODUCTS?
If you are not satisfied with the delivered products, you can return the product at the time of delivery or you can return/replace the product within 24hours of delivery.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
First you have to login, then go to My Account section, then click on change address, add new address & save it. Make this your new default address.

CAN I ADD OR REMOVE PRODUCTS AFTER PLACING MY ORDER?
Once you have placed your order you will not be able to make modifications to the order. Please contact our customer support team for any modification of order.

CAN I CHANGE DELIVERY SLOT AFTER PLACING MY ORDER?
Delivery slot cannot be changed once the order is placed. In case of an urgent requirement of change of slot please contact our customer support team and we will try our best to fulfill your request.

HOW DO I CHECK THE CURRENT STATUS OF MY ORDER?
The only way you can check the status of your order is by contacting our customer support team.

I AM A CORPORATE/BUSINESS, CAN I ORDER WITH ritebazaar?
Yes, we do bulk supply of products at special prices to institutions like schools, restaurants and corporate. Please contact as at [email protected] to know more.

HOW THE FISH, VEGETABLES, FRUITS IS WEIGHED?
The fish is weighted before cutting, cleaning & de scaling. After cutting, cleaning & de scaling actual weight of the fish will be less than the weight shown in website/app. Weight loss varies from 10-35% in respect to different fishes. In case of fruits, vegetables weight will be exact or greater than the weight shown. We do not charge any extra for money for higher in weight than the weight shown in the website/app.
